Lush green in Piemonte 緑に溢れるピエモンテ

After some time I am back in Piemonte, Italy to take singing lessons. Compared with Vienna, there is already more lush green here which is surprising and gives me pleasure looking at it. Especially there are many red poppies in the fields. It is so obvious seeing red flowers surrounded by lush greens. Those poppy flowers seem so close and friendly and I find them beautiful.

暫くぶりに、声楽のレッスンを受けに、北部イタリアのピエモンテ州に来ています。ウィーンと違って、既に緑に溢れていることに驚き、喜ばしく思います。特筆できるのは、野にたくさん咲いている赤いひなげしです。緑の中の赤い色は際立っていて、目を惹きます。ひなげしは、なんだか親しみを覚える花であり、綺麗だと思います。

Every time I come to this supermarket, I enjoy looking at this tree enveloping the stairs and wall, I find this so cute.

いつもこのスーパーマーケットを訪れると、この木に逢えるのが楽しみです。階段の手すりにしっかりとしがみついていて、なんだかいじらしい。

Longing for Summer待ち遠しい夏

Here in Vienna, Spring has not fully started. However it appears that people are already thinking about Summer vacation. On Mariahilferstrasse, a famous shopping street in Vienna, a shopwindow already shows bathing suits. Incidentally next door is the entrance to a fitness studio. I think these two might make an excellent mutual advertising effect.

ここ、ウィーンはまだ春が始まったばかりですが、すでに心が夏休みに飛んでいっている人達もいるようです。買い物で有名なマリアヒルファー通りの、或るショウウインドウには、もう、水着が展示されています。偶然にも隣はフィットネスクラブの入り口。お互い、良い宣伝効果がありそうです。

Blossoming at Vienna Burggarten花の咲くウィーン王宮庭園

あ咲く

After some time I visited Burggarten in Vienna. There was a lot of lush green and flowers and finally Spring can be enjoyed. 久しぶりにウィーン王宮庭園を訪ねました。若い緑と花を見ることができ、やっと春らしさを実感できました。

Again, Peonies are in full bloom. また、牡丹の花が咲き誇る季節です。

Lilac blossoming as well. ライラックの花も、もう咲いていました。

Back to Winter 冬に逆戻り

Daffodils shaking in the cold wind.
ロクヴァイ広場の花壇。
水仙の花が寒そうに揺れています。

Until yesterday it was quite warm here in Vienna, the air of Spring could already be felt. Today however it suddenly got much colder, the wind is strong and cold, one again wants to wear gloves. Flowers and plants are trembling in the wind.

　ここ、ウィーンは、昨日まで暖かく、春らしくなってきたと思いました。しかし、今日はまた寒くなり、冷たい強風に、手袋をはめたくなりました。草木も寒さに震えているかのようです。

due to the low temperature outside.
或るレストラン前のレモンの植木鉢。
寒さのためか、今日は室内に入れたようです。
Blossoms appear to feel the cold temperatures.
花も寒そう

Not really warm yet

March 10th walk in Vienna. ウィーン3月10日の散歩

Already my favourite ice cream shop “Eisfuchs” (polar fox) is open!
This flavour is called “Lila Kefir”.
Fruity and sweet and sour. Delicious!
大好きなアイスクリーム屋さん「アイスフックス（北極狐）」が、
もう営業を始めています。
この味は「リラ　ケフィア」。
フルーティで甘酸っぱくて美味しい！
Already pretty flowers are blossoming!
もう可愛い花が咲いてます！
New dog zone at Heldenplatz.
Dogs are running around cheerfully.
When I watch them, I get a happy feeling as well.
「英雄広場」に新しくできた、犬が自由にできる場所。
犬たちが大喜びで走り回っているのを眺めていると、
私まで嬉しくなります。
