May 4th Vienna after the rain 5月4日雨後のウィーン

Yesterday at first it was fair weather and hot but later heavy rain came. Today everything seems to have been cleansed. Mr. Haydn also seems to be clean and fresh. Trees and plants, everything was cleansed. 昨日は暑くて晴れた良いお天気でしたが、後に大雨に見舞われました。そのため、今日は全てが洗われ綺麗になったようです。ハイドンさんもさっぱりして気持ち良さそう。木も草もみんな美しく見えます。

See? Nobody there. I love illusions of reflections in mirrors or windows. ほら、誰もいないでしょう？私はこのような窓や鏡が織りなす幻影が大好きです

A mermaid is at the coast, three starfish are her companions. They alert her when her skin gets too dry and urge her to return to the sea. She is immersed in her thoughts and appears not to heed their warning. What is going on with her…?

　人魚がひとり浜辺にいます。みっつのひとでは人魚のお供。ひとでは、肌が乾いてしまう前に海に戻りましょう、とせかしています。それなのに、人魚は聞く耳も持たない様子。深く想いに沈んでいます。いったい彼女はどうしてしまったのでしょう・・？

Steady Spring discoveries in Vienna いつも新たな春の発見

Always when taking a walk, I make new Spring discoveries which become more numerous day by day. 散歩をする度に、新たな春らしさを目にし、それは日に日に数を増しています。

Already chestnut leaves resembling hands have emerged. カスタニエの手のような形をした葉が、すでに顔を覗かせています。

By the way, today is the day of Vienna City Marathon. Until yesterday it was quite warm but today cold temperatures have returned. Since I do not run myself, I don‘t know whether this is good for runners. At least the weather is somewhat nice. 　ところで、今日はウィーンマラソンの日です。昨日まで暖かかったのに、今日は寒くて冬が戻ってきたかのよう。私はマラソンをしたことがないのでわかりませんが、走者に影響はあるのでしょうか。お天気は比較的良いです。

Expecting the bloom 花盛りを待ちわびる

Yesterday I performed a mini concert with my husband and also my newest dolls were shown. 昨日は夫と共に、私の手作り人形の新作発表を兼ねたミニコンサートをしました。
